Métiers of Manufacturing

Production Management position holders are responsible for  ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. They plan and organize production schedules, assess project and resource requirements and oversee production processes.

Product Development teams are in charge of ensuring transition from prototype to industrial production in compliance with quality, costs, time to market objectives.

Direct Worforce teams are in charge of producing, crafting and repairing products. Involved in the industrial way of production, they have particular skills and knowledge of manufacturing work.

Industrial Planning & Logistic teams are in charge of managing capacity planning and allocate production per site to achieve production objectives.

Engineering & Process teams are in charge of ensuring equipment availability through effective maintenance. They also drive equipment & facilities evolutions to increase reliability, efficiency and compliance to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Continuous improvement teams are in charge of defining and implementing continuous improvement actions to reach and improve operational performance.

Quality & Regulatory teams are in charge of ensuring that quality and conformity of products are in compliance with law, regulations and company standards. They define, organize and apply action plans designed to guarantee the company's quality policy.

Health & Safety / Facility Management teams are in charge of defining and implementing the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) strategy in compliance with laws and regulations to ensure security of staff and goods.
