FROM TRUNKS TO PIXELSLouis Vuitton has partnered with Rigsters and OKCC to develop an in-house asset production model that uses product digitization and GenAI to transform physical products into a wide range of digital assets. This model enhances production efficiency, accelerates time-to-market and opens new opportunities for creativity and digital experience, while ensuring full control and ownership of the production process.Rigsters digitization solutions enable scalable photorealistic 3D content creation through smart automation, delivering fast and consistent results.OKCC collaborates with Louis Vuitton to research and co-develop pioneering content creation workflows, blending technology, artistic direction, craft and culture to create scalable, high-quality solutions.

PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER JOURNEY Experience the future of online luxury! DIOR joins forces with KAHOONA to personalize online visits in real-time and create bespoke, seamless and immersive client journeys across all touchpoints. This collaboration is part of DIOR’s omnichannel strategy, where DIOR.com is an extension of the Maison’s boutiques. By harnessing advanced customization, DIOR is bringing its exceptional level of in-store service to the digital realm, setting a new standard for digital luxury.KAHOONA proposes real-time AI predictive customer profile segmentation of unknown visitors for hyper-personalization, marketing, CRM & analytics.

LOGISTIC SERVICE OPTIMIZATION Discover how DIOR uses SCANDIT’s cutting-edge AR technology to revolutionize logistics and deliver a faster and smarter service. This advanced scanning tech allows the Maison to optimize each step of the logistics process – from product picking and handling to packing and beyond – while ensuring exceptional responsiveness and a flawless and unique client experience. 
SCANDIT offers an AR mobile solution to empower frontline workers in the warehouse and back of house, improving store operations efficiency with augmented visual stock navigation, reception, picking, and packing.
   

BVLGARI x Dev4Side

CONNECTED JEWELRYBvlgari has teamed up with Dev4Side to craft the future of connected jewelry.A bespoke solution – consisting of unique micro-engravings on the jewelry and a dedicated smartphone app – enables customers to access a wealth of information on their jewelry piece: key details about the materials, their rarity, quality… This innovation is powered by optical precision, computer vision and AI.Dev4Side develops customized software solutions on the Microsoft platform with certified skills in web, mobile, AI and big data.

GUERLAIN x OLFY

OLFACTORY SYMPHONIES    To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Shalimar, Guerlain sets the iconic fragrance to music. Guerlain Perfumer and Director of Fragrance Creation Delphine Jelk has worked with sound experts IRCAM Amplify to build a musical score, inspired by each of Shalimar's fragrance notes. One by one, bergamot, jasmine, rose, vanilla, tonka bean and iris are brought to life within an immersive experience blending scent and sound. Each ingredient can be listened to and smelled individually, diffused in real time by OLFY. And just as the fragrance’s trail was composed by the Guerlain Perfumer, the sounds of each ingredient can be woven together note by note, revealing the music and scent of Shalimar in an olfactive symphony.  OLFY integrates the olfactory dimension into digital experiences, synchronizing the diffusion of personalized fragrances with key moments to create deeply multi-sensory immersion.  Ircam Amplify® develops audio technologies to immerse customers fully with the sound driving their brand and products experiences.

GUERLAIN X OMI

ASSET MANAGEMENTGuerlain teamed up with French start-up OMI to celebrate Shalimar’s 100th anniversary through cutting-edge 3D technology. Through the 3D Library, a new realm of creativity and efficiency is unveiled, where each 3D creation is harmonized in a singular space.This collaboration merges efficiency and innovation, enhancing Guerlain’s storytelling, visualization, and digital marketing strategies for a new era. Omi provides a content creation studio unlocking the use of 3D models to create high quality image content and gain speed, adaptation flexibility and cost.

HENNESSY x OKCC

HENNESSY X.O PERSONALISATION EXPERIENCEWhat if your Hennessy X.O carafe was truly unique? This is what Hennessy and OKCC wanted to achieve through an innovative approach to personalisation, where Generative art, algorithms and robotics blend for an unprecedented installation. Each singular generated design is applied live by a robotic arm onto the iconic decanter, making it a personalised creation. Limited just 40 signed and numbered pieces, this exclusive collection embodies the fusion of Hennessy’s 260 years of craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology.OKCC shapes the future of experiences by exploring new creative playgrounds and offering personal experiences at the crossroads of culture, craft and technology.

MOËT HENNESSY x GENESIS

SOIL HEALTH MONITORING  As part of its “Living Soils – Living Together” program, MOËT HENNESSY partners with GENESIS to assess soil health across its vineyards. GENESIS provides a unified resilience score based on several environmental metrics, an assessment that helps MOËT HENNESSY better measure and understand the impact of its agricultural practices to continue to improve them. GENESIS’ data is fed into a predictive model to help implement a regenerative viticulture tailored to each terroir’s unique conditions. The tool will be rolled out across all Maisons to drive continuous soil regeneration. Genesis provides a data-powered platform to measure, track, and improve soil health, helping businesses drive sustainable change across agricultural supply chains — at scale and worldwide. 

MOËT & CHANDON x HIPHEN

AI-POWERED OPTICAL ANALYSIS OF GRAPESAt Moët & Chandon, innovation is at the heart of their pursuit of excellence, integrating qualitative evaluation of grapes upon arrival at the press using AI. Each crate of grapes is photographed and analyzed to detect any damage and assign an objective quality rating. Developed over six years with Hiphen, the technology uses algorithms perfected with over 6.000 annotated grape images. Implemented in 2024 across all Moët & Chandon wine presses, this innovation evaluated over 16.000 pallets of grapes in less than three weeks. A "mobile solution" is being developed for Moët & Chandon's 2.339 partner-vignerons, advancing technology within the Champagne winegrowing community.  Hiphen designs imaging and analysis tools to make plant phenotyping accessible, optimize agricultural decision-making, and address current climatic and agronomic challenges.

THE JOURNEY OF CASHMEREDiscover Loro Piana's immersive project, an interactive table co-designed with MachineZero, tracing the iconic journey of Mongolian cashmere from the Capra Hircus goat to the finished garment. Combining physical and digital elements, this installation offers a unique sensory experience at the heart of the Maison's universe. It invites you to explore the origins of its precious raw materials and discover its commitment to excellence and innovation in sourcing the finest fibers.MachineZero blends craftsmanship and technology to create immersive stories, installations, and digital art that redefines brand experiences.  

SEPHORA X SIGNIFI

BEAUTY KIOSKSDedicated to making beauty more accessible, meaningful, and inclusive, SEPHORA haspartnered with SIGNIFI to launch beauty kiosks in US and Canadian universities, meeting customers where they are. The beauty kiosks offer suited access to 90 of SEPHORA’s best-selling products, bringing the Maison’s top beauty curation directly to North American students.SIGNIFI is specialized in developing AI and automated solutions to transform retail experiences.

SEPHORA PINBALLSEPHORA presents its Sephora Collection pinball designed hand-in-hand with COSMICSHELTER. Marking the reformulation of SEPHORA’s Cream Lip Stain in a fresh and exciting way, this gamified pinball is an embodiment of the Maison’s dedication to transforming their Sephora experience into a celebration and strengthening their connection to the brand.COSMIC SHELTER creates immersive activations that blend design, technology and storytelling to enhance consumer engagement and push the boundaries of beauty experiences.   

RIMOWA x SOLAYA

RE-CRAFTED DIGITAL CONTENT GENERATIONCreating unique visual content for pre-loved RE-CRAFTED luggage – once a costly andtime-consuming process – is now streamlined thanks to SOLAYA’s AI-powered platform.This allows RIMOWA’s teams to capture and produce high-quality, photorealistic assets in less than an hour using only a smartphone and dedicated stand, ultimately cutting costs and speeding up production. Focused exclusively on the RE-CRAFTED range, this collaboration enables RIMOWA to showcase the individuality of each luggage while reinforcing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship Solaya leverages AI and computer vision to facilitate 3D content creation for e-commerce, AR/VR, and digital platforms.

Trained on nearly two centuries of monograms from The Tiffany Archives and new material from the House’s artisans, this innovation unlocks unprecedented design possibilities, creating bespoke monogram renderings transforming client’s personal stories of love into treasured symbols of lasting affection.
