Samaritaine transforms into an enchanted Winter Garden for the holiday season  

Samaritaine ushers in a magical holiday season, transforming into an enchanted garden from November 8, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

Inspired by the iconic department store’s Art Nouveau heritage and the passion of co-founder Marie-Louise Cognacq for botany, the metamorphosis welcomes captivating and luminous nature blooming on every floor.  

Partnering with Thoiry Lumières Sauvages, Samaritaine presents an enchanted kingdom, starting with the historic façade illuminated by a fantastical bestiary, and turning the Boutique de Loulou kid’s department into a wondrous cabinet of curiosities.  

The Rivoli window displays become amazing greenhouses featuring unique artistic installations by six visionary artists. Under the glass roof, a festive Voyage Samaritaine menu proposes delectable dishes from land and sea, and creative workshops invite visitors to discover ceramic painting and Kintsugi. 

Maisons Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy and Ruinart all offer unique personalization services for a bespoke touch to holiday gifts. The store’s selection of refined gifts includes high jewelry, exclusive fashion creations, beauty products and home décor ideas.
