Visual Merchandising Manager

YOUR IMPACT:

The KSA Visual Merchandising Department is part of Parfums Christian Dior Arabia, based in Jeddah, and is responsible to ensure the highest brand image in the KSA across all distribution channels (stand-alone boutiques, department stores and chains) and animations.

 

YOUR MISSION:

Reporting to the KSA General Manager, and working closely with the Regional VM Manager, you will play a key role in leading the local VM team and ensuring the image of our stores is preserved as per the Maison guidelines - always at the highest standards.

Responsabilità del ruolo

Your main assignment will be focused on:

Visual Merchandising:

• Supervise all on-counter updates from supplier bidding to installation following the guidelines shared by HQ. Challenging the later for locally relevant improvements.
• Handle novelty and basic forecasts, ensuring proper VM implementation at launch while respecting agreed budget.
• Conduct trainings for all BCs to educate and develop VM knowledge amongst field team.
• Oversee counters and boutiques refits and openings with Regional and Central teams.

 

Animations:

• In collaboration with Regional and Purchasing Teams, manage all animations across the market (exposures, in-store, mall and mega podiums) from design to installation.

 

Maintenance:

• Ensure that all doors image and condition are always maintained to the highest standards.

 

Sustainability:

• Lead projects related to sustainability (recycling, reusing, sustainable disposal certification...)

 

Budgeting:

• Build, monitor, and analyze all KSA VM related budgets – Animations, Local production, Maintenance and POSM.

 

You will manage and develop a team of one VM Executive and one VM Supervisor with 6 Field VM.

You will develop and maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders from HQ, regional and local teams to retailers and suppliers.

Profilo

WHO YOU ARE:

• 7+ years’ experience, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel.
• Ability to read merchandising guidelines and technical drawings.
• A team player, solution oriented and with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Structured with excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite is a plus.
